Phase I Environmental Assessments
Georgia Oilmen's Services, Inc. (GOS) is here to help if you need a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment performed on your property.
We provide Phase I for real estate transactions and banking institutions to determine the potential for contamination on a property and the effective land value of the property. It is important to ensure you have a Phase I ESA done by a professional environmental consultant to prevent any landowner liability and ensure CERCLA liability coverage.
We conduct all Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with standards established in the “Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process,” designation E-1527-13, published by the American Society for Testing and Materials.
