We provide a phase 1 esa to clients across Georgia.

A phase 1 esa is a major component of the environmental services we offer at Georgia Oilmen’s Services (GOS). We take your real property transfers seriously and work diligently to make you aware of any environmental liabilities on your property.

While we do a thorough review of your site, including researching photos, viewing fire insurance maps, reviewing state and federal regulatory databases and even conducting individual interviews, there are some items that we do not cover in a phase 1 esa.

These items include:
· Asbestos
· Radon gas
· Wetlands
· Flood plain designation
· Geotechnical/engineering standards
· Indoor air quality
